The IApz Catalog is used to create an organized database of the Products and Services you buy and sell in your business. The Catalog is divided into Categories and then each Category is populated with Items.
Items can be either a Product or a Service.
Products are actual commodity or inventory based items.
Services are time or labour based items.
You can buy or sell an Item, but you cannot buy or sell a Category as Categories are used just to organize your Items, much like file folders.

When viewing this Catalog in IApz it becomes organized in a hierarchy so you can see the items that belong to each Category as in the Fig 1.
