Catalog Price Information

IAPZ Records three base price levels

Cost – the amount that the product or service costs you to purchase or provide
Retail – the full retail price of the product or service
Wholesale – the discounted price you provide to your delears or agents

By using the Custom Price Level tool in the Application Settings Manager, you can create custom price levels in conjunction with the three base price levels.  The Custom Price Level tool uses formulas on top of the base prices.

Level Name -  A custom distinguishing title you can create to identify the price level.
Base Price – The base price level you will be using with your custom formula.
Calculation – either plus, minus or multiply by
Rate – the rate in which to apply the calculation. (must be a number, no percentages, but can contain decimal points)

An Example Custom Price Level would be the following
Level Name: Level 1
Base Price: Retail
Calculation: Multiply By
Rate: .755

A product with the a retail price of $20.00 would be displayed with a price of  $15.10.  This price would be derived by : 20 X .755 = 15.10

Using the Contact Manager you can assign a custom price level to a group or business, after you have granted them access to a Catalog Login and assigned them a Username and Password in which to login.

By default IAPZ tracks all prices in your default currency.  Using the Currency tool you can customize exchange rate calculations to determine your price in a different currency.

Each product or service can as well have specific currency pricing assigned to it.  If a specific price is specified, it will override and be displayed instead of  the exchange rate calculated price.
