This list is used to generate sales and purchase forms and as well acts as a customer base for your sales team. Your lists of contacts can be divided and sorted in a way that you choose so locating them becomes easier. Track multiple addresses or phone numbers, and even use this list to access sales and service history and product purchase records.
Business Relationship Management works hand in hand with the Contacts and Relations Management of IAPZ. By tracking the date time and contact information of the relationship between your staff and your business contacts, any one staff member will have the ability to pick up with any relation where another staff member left off. |
